It is the specific responsibility of the top management to ensure a programme of continual improvement by setting company objectives and ensuring the resources are available for completing, analysing and reviewing these objectives and all other aspects of the quality management system.
Orbison Products Ltd shall at all times comply with statutory and regulatory requirements with specific responsibility towards Health & Safety.
All procedures referenced in the management system manual and detailed in the supplementary process maps have been approved by the Managing Director. It is the express responsibility of all senior staff to ensure that all Orbison Products Ltd personnel are aware of, and work to, the quality management system.
It is the responsibility of each employee to take responsibility for their own quality and that of their predecessors. Using an approved sample and nominated cutters or patterns work is cut and sewn in a predetermined sequence where the reverse of the previous operation is presented to the current operator this achieves two visual inspections on every operation.
Any variations from approved sample must be sanctioned by management and customer before proceeding.
Every item is checked as appropriate prior to despatch.
